Who Can Apply?
To apply under the NTRCA job circular 2025, applicants must:
- Hold a valid NTRCA registration certificate for the appropriate subject and level
- Be listed in the Combined Merit List as per NTRCA rules
- Fulfil the educational qualifications prescribed by the Ministry of Education (check details on the TRCA website)
- Be 35 years or younger as of 4 June 2025
- Use one valid registration certificate per level
Note: There will be no women quota in this phase, as per government directive.

- You may choose up to 40 institutions
- Indicate willingness to accept other institutions via the ‘Other’ option
- Upload the photo used in your registration form

Special Instructions
- Currently Employed MPO Teachers: Cannot reapply for the same post; only for different/higher positions
- Female Applicants: Only eligible for Physical Education posts in girls’ schools or women’s colleges
- Religious Education Posts: Applicants must belong to the religion for the subject
Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit and choice preferences. One candidate will be recommended per post. The institution may face MPO cancellation if the appointment is not completed on time.
