TMSS is inviting applications for the following positions:

1. Coordinator (Male) – 10 Positions

Location: Rajshahi & Rangpur Divisions
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations at TMSS Electronics Showrooms.
• Ensure the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle customer service and administrative duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics showroom management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.
• Candidates with their own motorcycle will be given priority.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: BDT 19,000 (according to SR-TMSS 10th Level)
• Additional benefits: 3 festival bonuses, fuel allowance, mobile bill, TADA (if applicable), and performance-based incentives (up to 30% of the base salary).

Age: Maximum 38 years.

2. Salesman (Male) – 30 Positions

Location: Rajshahi & Rangpur Divisions
Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and customer relationships at electronics showrooms.
• Assist in the display and sale of products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HSCC/Equivalent for those with marketing experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.
• Must own a motorcycle.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: BDT 15,800 (according to SR-TMSS 13th Level)
• Additional benefits: 3 festival bonuses, fuel allowance, mobile bill, TADA (if applicable), and performance-based incentives (up to 30% of the base salary).

Age: Maximum 35 years.

3. Junior Officer (Contract-Based) – 5 Positions (Male)

Location: HRM & Admin Department, TMSS Foundation Office, Bogura
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative duties in the HRM & Admin department.
• Handle employee records, payroll, and other HR-related functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6 months of computer training (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet).
• Strong communication skills.
